While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed item within 30 days of the delivery date. All items are made to order therefore returns for refunds are not accepted. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you wish to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Once order starts processing of being made( in the case of made to order) or if it is in stock and shipping processing begins we do not accept cancellations. Please review all guidelines before purchasing to ensure they meet your standards and you will be happy.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
- Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of exchange or store credit.
- Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with a TLZ representative.
- PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL BY FAULT OF CUSTOMER NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED OR ACCEPTED PAST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASES
- IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL DUE TO TLZ IT ALL EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS WILL BE OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL DUE TO CLIENT ALL RESHIPPING FEES MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER, AND IF FAULT OF COMPANY FEES WILL BE HANDLED BY TLZ.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit:
- Any items marked sale will not be accepted for store credit or exchange - this includes flash sales.
- Items that are worn, washed or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. Soiled garments will be returned.
- Items without tags, this includes liners on all bikini bottoms.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless issues is our fault we will provide paid for return shipping.. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge $5.99 for return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed or exchanged.
SHIPPING TAKES 3-5 business weeks for Production. Although when shopping items will appear and or state in stock. Everything is still made to order. Therefore The minimum of 2-4 bus. weeks is required for production. Once them item is complete with being hand crafted she is ready to be shipped (by shipping method you originally selected at checkout), you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. NOTE "Your shipping method selected is applied to your order once item is made"
"Shipping to" and "Bill to" on all order MUST MATCH
If you want an order to be Rush Prioritized (made for certain within 3 days)a fee of 50.00 plus shipping is required. Place order through online store then email us at email@example.com to be billed the 50.00 $ for Rush Priority service. Subject line " RP order number"
IN STOCK - Some Items will be in stock. Which in that case you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if what your interested in is available. If it is we can ship the order within 2-3 business days.
DAMAGES X REPAIRS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact TLZ L'FEMME for damages that occurs after 60 days for more information. We are generally only able to repair items within 1 year after purchase, as we may not have the hardware to make replacements after this time period. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. IF SOILED WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.
TLZ L'FEMME CARE policy
TLZ L'FEMME suits are crafted of the finest fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.
